Juva has invested $10M into its facility in Stockton, CA, including a brand new facade.

Natural Gas generators power the facility and are estimated to save 45% per year in electrical costs and eliminate the effect of rolling blackouts faced by Californians over the last few years.

The facility features an extensive HVAC system with 380 tons of HVAC.

Each room has a redundant HVAC system, ensuring the optimal environmental conditions are always present within each cultivation room.

In Flower Room 1, these plants are a few weeks into flowering and represent Juva’s first harvest at the Stockton Facility. The facility is scheduled to harvest a new crop every three weeks.

In Flower Room 2, these plants just started their 8-week flowering journey. Each of the five flowering rooms contain the potential to produce up to 220 pounds per harvest.

Flower Room 3 is ready to be planted in the coming days.

Installation of equipment in Flower Rooms 4, 5, and 6 is scheduled to be completed this year.

Fresh cuttings await placement into the growing medium so they can root.

Thousands of cuttings are ready to be transplanted and moved into the vegetation stage.

Plants are thoroughly inspected daily to ensure proper health.

A cultivation technician trims away excess fan leaves to allow the optimal amount of light to reach through the canopy.

Flowers grown at the facility are initially trimmed using state-of-the-art Mobius trimmers and then manicured by hand before being to sorting.

Trimmed flowers are sorted by size using machines which reduces the need for humans to touch the product and helps preserve the cannabinoid-rich trichomes.

The fertigation system distributes nutrient enriched water to each of the cultivation rooms.

The Anderson Fertigation system plays an essential role in efficiently delivering nutrients to the plants.

Batch tanks allow for unique nutrient formulations to be delivered to each cultivation room.

The Hyperlogic Reverse osmosis water filtration system is used to treat incoming municipal water and wastewater helping reduce wastewater by 50-80%.

The Hyperlogic filtration system is used to treat HVAC condensate allowing us to recapture over 90% of the water we use.

This hallway is almost 240 feet long and provides centralized access to the entire facility.

The entire facility is able to be controlled remotely thanks to the elaborate I.T systems.

Juva’s delivery staff work hard to optimize delivery routes to ensure customers receive timely and excellent service.
